Our visa interview is completed. We are just waiting for Loc to pick up Bennett's passport later today. So glad that part is done. Woo Hoo!!!
The plan is to fly out of Hanoi on Thursday evening. We just need to link up our airline tickets in the morning. To our family, we will send you an e-mail with the new schedule once everything has been set.
We haven't been able to get out and see Hanoi as we would have liked. After walking around Hoan Kiem Lake yesterday Bennett's cold got a lot worse. The pollution is really bad here and I think that just aggravated his cold even more. So we've been staying in the room. The kid comes first. We'll see Hanoi on another trip.
And a big Happy Birthday to our nephew Zach. He turned the big "2" today.

Hope he does okay on the plane with that cold. Poor little guy.
I have everything ready to go for him. :)
I bet the walk around Hoan Kiem Lake was beautiful! I'm sorry to hear he has a cold..The International SOS clinic is open 24
hours and is about ? four blocks from the Somerset. They were great with Dillon. I emailed you back about it.
Praying for all of you.Congrats on getting your Visa appt done quickly.

I hope Bennett is feeling better soon!
Woo hoo! You'll be settled into life as a family of 3 before you know it. I hope Bennett gets better soon!
Hoping and praying he feels better soon. It won't be much longer and you'll be home, in familiar surroundings and things will start to get better all the way around. I'm happy that the Visa interview is complete...now get on that plane and come home!!!! Hugs to all of you!
Congrats on being so close the the completion of your trip. I hope Bennett is better before the long flight. We all found our kids did worse in Hanoi because the pollution does irritate their respiratory systems. Is your Christmas tree up at home? If so, good luck keeping your little man out of it! :) Our little guy is drawn to it like a moth to a flame.
I hope Bennett feels better soon! Just think, you'll be home in your own beds in just a couple of days! So exciting!

Woohoo!!! That is HUGE! Hope Bennett gets to feel better before the big trip home. I'll bet you are so anxious to get back to U.S. soil and start your lives together.
Hooray on completing the final step! Poor Bennett. Both of our kids did have respiratory issues from walking around anywhere in VN. I pray that Bennett heals quickly so he can get on the plane. It is hard to tell how much is the respiratory and how much is caused by the tooth but either way, he is miserable. Welcome to parenting.
And -- just think how much fun you will have once you get home and Bennett tears into the Christmas tree!
